Dorsal Trophy 2025

Alan Hazlewood, a long-time supporter of E.A.S.T, donor of our Sonar, DORSAL, and a popular sailor with us for many years, died in 2022. His daughter, Sally Harrison and her husband Richard, both volunteers with E.A.S.T, presented a trophy in his memory to be awarded annually for particularly meritorious service to the Charity.

Allistair Renton - Winner of the Dorsal Trophy 2025

This year, it was with great pleasure that the trophy was awarded to our chairman of the Trustees, Allistair Renton. Allistair started with EAST in 1994 and has been a volunteer, Instructor, Senior Instructor, Principal of the Keelboat Section, Trustee, and now Chairman of the Trustees. He has given an unstinting contribution throughout. A true Champion of E.A.S.T, for whose efforts over the years we are truly indebted.
