Membership Secretary - this involves keeping the records of members up to date and checking payment of annual subscriptions on our admin database. Most of the work will be in
Autumn / Winter period at the time of membership renewal but there will be some updating throughout the year. Basic computer literacy would be useful but in house training will be available.
Bookkeeper - recording day to day account entries against cost centres, bank payments and receipts and producing an account summary reconciled to the bank account.
