Keeping to the changing guidelines on social distancing and restricted in terms of numbers, sometimes changing and with the real possibility that we would have to cancel or amend a session at very short notice has left us in a bit of a muddle - so we've made some changes and gone all digital in the process.
Firstly we have set up a "maintenance team" - if you look in the members/members area you will see people who attend maintenance proudly sporting a "Maintenance Team Badge" this is so that we can contact them quickly and put some pages on the website just for them. If you'd like to join the team please contact John Maxwell by clicking here...
Secondly we've put the maintenance sessions on the website. The remainder of 2020 is fully allocated at the moment (using the current maximum numbers), but if a slot comes free we'll be in touch.
For 2021, you can declare your availability for a session, and John will try and allocate people on a fair rotating basis. If you need to cancel or amend, then just drop JM a line.
If we do need to cancel a maintenance session, then we can email all the attendees with one click - so all fine and dandy there then.
Please don't come to a maintenance session unless your slot is confirmed and do please remember your mask etc etc.
